Enjoy 60 minutes Xtreme Hip Hop Step is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines traditional step aerobics with cardio and hip-hop music. The class is suitable for all fitness levels and can help you burn calories, build endurance and stamina, and improve your mood. Classes may include routines set to old and new school hip-hop tracks, as well as callouts like "right and left basic", "leg curl", and "side leg".
